In October 4th, the Ministry of Environmental Protection informed the intensive inspection of air pollution control in Beijing Tianjin Hebei and its surrounding areas. It referred to the practice and experience of regulating "scattered polluting enterprises" and standardizing the upgrading of standard parts industry in Yongnian District, Handan, Hebei.
This report card is very heavy and hard won. While the party and government cadres in the Yongnian district are encouraged, they feel more responsible for their shoulders. Yongnian district will not forget the early heart, temper endeavour, determined to win the battle to improve industry standard specification.
