Installation Process

1. Drilling

2. Anchor Insertion
The fully threaded bar is inserted into the borehole. Full-length threading enables on-site cutting and adjustment, guaranteeing a secure fit within the hole.
3. Grout Injection
With the anchor in position, grout is injected around the bar to bond it securely with the surrounding soil or rock. This step locks the anchor in place, preventing movement and ensuring long-term stability.
4. Plate Application
A bearing plate is installed at the anchor head to distribute the applied load evenly across the surface.
5. Tensioning & Load Testing
Once the grout has cured, the anchor is tensioned using specialized hydraulic equipment. A proof load test is then performed—applying force to the anchor end—to verify correct installation and confirm the anchor meets specified performance requirements.
